We recommend you file a claim by calling toll-free 877-5-WARRANTY and choosing option #1 for the claims department. Our claims department is open 24 x 7 to serve you or answer any questions you may have.
Note: A $50 deductible applies to ADH claims. If your device is not repairable, we will replace your device with the same Brand & Model, if available. If we cannot replace your device, we will reimburse you with a check for the for the full retail value of the device, even though you may have paid a subsidized price with a contract. A 30 day waiting period may apply for ADH claims if your warranty was not purchased within 30 days of product purchase.
For Apple products, we may direct you to an Apple store to have your device repaired. The determination is made by our claims department at the time you file a claim.
Note: A $145 deductible applies to Loss & Theft claims. We may provide you a new replacement phone of same Brand & Model instead of a check, if available. The determination is made by our claims department at the time you file a claim. For iPhones you will more than likely receive a check as they are not available for replacement and usually back ordered.
Because we offer the most competitive pricing and coverage, we do not provide loaner phones. Our customers agree that the savings with our warranties are substantial enough for them to buy a spare phone or use an existing spare phone for 3 -5 days while their claim is being processed.
