What is the maxim number of claims I am allowed?

There are 3 types of claims

Extended warranty claims - there is no limit on the number of extended warranty claims and it has No-Deductible.

Accidental Damage and Handling (ADH) claims- 3 ADH claims per year are allowed if you purchased ADH coverage.

Loss/theft (LT) claims- 1 LT claim per policy period is allowed if your device is protected under our LT coverage.

Note: Once your device is replaced due to ADH or LT claim or you are reimbursed for the full retail value of your phone, your contract is considered fulfilled. A new policy purchase will be necessary for the new or replaced phone and we recommend you purchase a new policy at the earliest.
