How does the claims process work for Accidental Damage & Handling?

After you file a claim with our claims department by calling 1-877-592-7726:

1.       We mail you a box via overnight mail, the same day you file the claim.

2.       You overnight the damaged device to us.

3.       One of our depot repair centers nearest to you receives the device, repairs it the same day, and mails it back to you via overnight mail.

Your claim is processed within 3- 5 business days with all postage paid for by Securranty.

Note: Deductible applies as per the Terms & Conditions. If your device is irreparable we will replace it with a device of the same make and model or reimburse you with a check for the for the full retail value of the phone up to $850, even though you may have paid a subsidized price with a contract. Because we offer the most competitive pricing and coverage, we do not provide loaner phones. We feel that the savings our policies provide enable our customers to make arrangements for a spare/old phone during the short claims process.
